Founder and Director
With over 40 years of industry experience, Paul brings a wealth of industry experience and a genuine passion for delivering a client focused service. In 2018, he founded MC Integrated Services with a clear mission: to provide reliable, high-quality engineering support tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Backed by broad market availability and a responsive approach, Paul ensures the company is always ready to deliver exceptional service—wherever and whenever it’s needed.
Paul Meers
Manager and Specialist Engineer
Paul’s engineering journey began with 12 years of service in the Royal Air Force as an Aircraft Engineer, where he built a strong foundation in technical excellence and discipline.
As a Chartered Manager and founder of MC Integrated Services Ltd, he has since evolved his expertise to deliver specialised engineering solutions-combining hands-on experience with strategic leadership to drive innovation and value for clients across the industry.
Michael Meers

With over 30 years of collaboration alongside Paul Percy, as a Chartered Manager, Michael brings a wealth of experience and professional insight to every project.

Operations Manager
Rob is a dedicated and results-driven professional with over 36 years' experience in engineering and manufacturing environments, particularly within the FMCG, distillery, and brewery sectors. Over the years, he has developed a strong reputation for reliability, exceptional time management, and consistent performance working in highly regulated industries where quality, safety, and efficiency are paramount.
With a strong passion for continuous improvement, Rob is committed to optimising manufacturing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the long-term success of every project and organisation we support.
Supporting our Management Team is our highly skilled Technical Team, bringing together over 90 years of professional expertise. These are the hands-on experts delivering results on the ground—handling everything from MEP projects to system upgrades, maintenance and repairs with precision and reliability.
